So far so good. Still running strong after two days. The tech presented a simple solution to an unusual problem and we were back up and running within minutes. The tech was professional, knowledgeable, straightforward, honest and courteous.

It was a good overall experience with these guys, the tech knew what he was doing and finished the repair fairly quickly.
But I feel the tech could have cleaned the copier's lower section a little bit better.

I called because our small office printer said "jam" but there was not a jam, and because when it did print, we ended up with splotches on the pages.
They were supposed to arrive by the end of the day, but called at 4:30 to let us know they could either come around 4:50 or first thing the next day. We opted for next day. When our technician arrived, he discovered the jam issue (pick-up roller is worn) and told us to switch the toner to get rid of the splotches.
In my infinite wisdom, I chose not to change the toner.... but of course we still had splotches. I called them again to get a quote for what the replacement parts would cost, and when they sent one, I thought it might be missing some items.
They sent someone out again just to make sure, and he urged me to change the toner. When I did, the splotching was gone (as they said it would be the first time!)
Quality company who knows what they are doing and will see the task to the end.
